Britah A. Odondi

Britah A. Odondi is the Assistant Director for the Multiracial Democracy Project’s Alternative Election Structures Initiative. Previously, she served as a Senior Voting and Election Policy Associate at the Scholars Strategy Network (SSN), where she partnered with leading researchers to strengthen democracy through evidence-based research and policy. Ms. Odondi also led a national Elections Program focused on improving, increasing participation in, and building trust in elections. She has extensive experience in civic engagement, policy development, and coalition building, and is dedicated to advancing a more inclusive democracy that empowers all communities.
