Joseph Ricard

Joseph Ricard is the Assistant Program Director, Operations for the Multiracial Democracy Project at GW Law. Mr. Ricard has a background in project management, public administration, and Democratic electoral politics. Before joining the Project, he served as Deputy Director of Presidential Correspondence in the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence for the Biden-Harris Administration, where he oversaw the processing of all letters, emails, and calls received by the White House. Mr. Ricard has extensive organizing experience and has led get-out-the-vote efforts in over half a dozen states at the municipal, state, and national levels.
